Support
OptMsg support starts inside the app: the Help Center answers most setup, privacy and account questions in a minute or two. If it does not, email us and a person replies.

How OptMsg support works
Write to support@optmessage.com for help with your account, or feedback@optmessage.com to tell us what to build next. OptMsg support answers every message, and the release notes below show what changed in each version.
Most questions about OptMsg support fall into four groups, and the in-app Help Center covers each one. Opting in a sender: when a message from someone new arrives, it goes to Trash, not your Inbox, and you can opt that sender in with one tap so their next message lands in your Inbox. Trash: mail from senders you have not approved auto-deletes after 30 days, so nothing you ignore piles up. Signing in: your OptMsg account has no password, so there is nothing to reset or forget; the Help Center explains how sign-in works on a new phone. Plans and billing: the pricing page lists what each plan includes, and you can move between monthly and annual billing from the app.
If the Help Center does not settle it, the two addresses above reach the people who build OptMsg. Say which app you use (iOS, Android or web) and what you expected to happen, and a founder replies. Feedback goes to the same people, so if you want a feature or found something confusing, that address is the fastest way to change it.
