Logo Overview
The OptMsg logo consists of an envelope icon shaped like the letter “M” with an integrated checkmark, paired with the wordmark ‘OptMsg’ set in Figtree. The envelope M shape represents email and messaging; the checkmark symbolizes approval and opt-in control; their integration shows that opt-in is built directly into the experience.
OptMsg has four primary logo configurations, each available in three color treatments.

OptMsg uses two typefaces. Figtree is our display, logo, and heading font — bold, geometric, and contemporary. Noto Sans is our body and UI font — neutral, highly legible, and universally accessible. The tagline “Your Inbox. Your Rules.” is always set in Noto Sans Regular.
Note: Manrope may appear in some legacy app instances. Current standard is Figtree for headings/logo and Noto Sans for body copy.

Typography Scale
Clear Space Requirements
Always keep a minimum breathing room around the logo equal to the height of the “M” icon on all sides. No text, images, or borders should enter this protected zone. Clear space applies even at minimum sizes.
Icon Mark
Clear space = X (M icon height) on all sides.
Wordmark
Clear space = X on all sides of the wordmark bounding box.
Horizontal Lockup
Clear space applies to the full horizontal logo bounding box.
Vertical Stacked
Clear space applies around the entire stacked configuration.
Horizontal Primary
Clear space wraps the entire lockup including any tagline text beneath.
Can text touch the logo? NO — No text may enter the safe zone under any circumstances.
Can borders touch the logo? NO — No borders, edges, or frames may intrude on the clear space.
Applies at minimum sizes? YES — Clear space rules apply at every size, even the smallest usage.

These are absolute rules. Always use the official logo files — never recreate, modify, or reinterpret the logo in any way.
Never recreate — Always use the official logo files provided in this brand kit. Do not attempt to redraw, trace, or approximate the logo in any design tool.
Brand Name & Trademark Usage
Trademark Usage Guidelines
These guidelines explain how you must use and visually present our brand assets at all times. Your use of OptMsg brand assets indicates your acceptance of these guidelines. Violations will result in termination of your license to use our brand assets.
- Use of our brand assets must be expressly authorized in writing by OptMsg LLC.
- Your use must not mislead consumers as to our sponsorship of, affiliation with, or endorsement of your company, products, or services.
- Our brand assets are our exclusive property. All goodwill resulting from your use of our brand assets will be solely to our benefit. Where used on a web page, include an embedded hyperlink to optmsg.com.
- Our brand assets must be used in a respectful manner. They may not be used in ways that harm OptMsg, our products or services, or in any manner that damages our reputation. Do not associate our brand with illicit, illegal, or deceptive activities.
- “OptMsg” is a registered trademark owned by OptMsg LLC. All rights reserved.
- OptMsg’s opt-in router technology is patent pending. Do not make representations about our technology without prior written approval.
- The ® symbol should appear on first use of “OptMsg” in all official communications and marketing materials.
